Jerry W. Fahrnow

Jerry Wayne Fahrnow, 76, of Huntington, passed away at 3:50 am Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at Heritage Pointe of Huntington. Jerry was born on April 20, 1945, in Huntington, IN, the son of John Fahrnow and I. Pauline (Johnson) Fahrnow. He graduated from Township High School with the class of 1963. He retired from the Huntington City Fire Department after many years of service. He liked to travel to the southern states to find warmer weather during the winter months. He enjoyed taking walks along the beach and playing around or two of golf. Survivors include his three Sisters, Nancy Wiles of Huntington, IN, Mary Florey of Huntington, Ruth (Bob) Stoeckley of Roanoke, IN; brother, Harry D. (Jane) Fahrnow of Ft Wayne, IN; grandson, Branden Fahrnow of Huntington, IN. He is preceded in death by his father, John B. Fahrnow, mother, I. Pauline Fahrnow, son, Scott Alan Fahrnow, sisters, Glenna J. Harrison, and Jacquline Mowery. Visitation will be from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm Monday, February 28, 2022, at Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 West Park Drive, Huntington, IN. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm Monday, February 28, 2022, at Bailey-Love Mortuary, with Janet Clark officiating. Burial will be in Gardens of Memory in Marion.
