Jordan Eugene Collins

Jordan Eugene Collins, 27, of Huntington, passed away unexpectedly in a vehicular accident at 5:46 am Thursday, June 20, 2024. Jordan was born on August 8, 1996, in Huntington, IN, the son of Kyle Collins and Angelia (Dube) Tabor. He attended Mississinewa High School. Jordan was a talented auto mechanic and was self-employed. Growing up, Jordan was always tinkering around in the garage getting his hands dirty with his dad also known as his best friend. As time went on, Jordan’s passion for cars expanded into mudding, competing in derbies, riding motorcycles and drag racing. He liked pushing things to their limits so he would have a reason to fix or rebuild. His monster truck was one of his favorite projects by far. Jordan was a quiet man most of the time unless you wanted to talk about cars or his family. His compassionate nature to help others and love for his family had no boundaries. Jordan’s spirt will live on in those he cherished. Survivors include his loving Parents, Kyle E. Collins of Huntington, IN and Angelia M. Tabor of Marion, IN; Siblings, Crystal Ramirez, Dalton M. Collins of Huntington, IN, MaKayla R. Collins of Wabash, IN, Kaiden Collins of Huntington, IN, Brianna Collins of Huntington, IN, Brooklyn Collins of Huntington, IN; Aunts, Robin J. Parker of Huntington, IN, Delena M. Collins of Huntington, IN; Uncles, David Didion of Valparaiso, IN, Joshua Didion of Bluffton, IN; Grandmother, Barbara Collins of Huntington, IN. He is preceded in death by his Grandfather, Darl Dean Collins, Uncles, Rocky W. Collins, Thomas E. "Tom" Collins, Robert Collins, Aunt, Kimberly Collins, and Best Friend, Ryan Herring. Visitation will be from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 West Park Drive, Huntington, IN. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 pm, with Pastor Scott Snodderly officiating. Burial will be in Andrews Riverside Cemetery in Andrews.
