Jim L. Fishbaugh

Jim L. Fishbaugh, 73, of Huntington, passed away at 11:07 am Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at home surrounded by his loving family Jim was born on September 23, 1952, in Huntington, IN, the son of Glenn Fishbaugh and Gertrude (Louthan) Fishbaugh. He attended Huntington North High School and married the love of his life Zena Thompson on March 11, 1978, in Huntington. Jim retired from Pulley-Kellam after 27 years of dedicated service. Jim will be remembered by many as dependable, hardworking, outgoing, and truly a friend to all. He had many interests that kept him busy and brought him joy. He loved tinkering around the house and repairing whatever needed attention, often saying he had put a lot of “blood, sweat, and tears” into their home. Jim also enjoyed watching World Wrestling Entertainment, NASCAR, and westerns on television. Visiting with family & friends or going out to eat always filled his social appetite. Above all, his family will remember him as a loving husband, supportive dad, and the World’s Best Papa. His beautiful legacy will continue on in those he loved dearly. Survivors include his loving Wife, Zena Fishbaugh of Huntington, IN; Sons, Jimmie (Reta) Fishbaugh Jr. of TN, Tim (Ellie) Fishbaugh of Huntington, IN; Grandchildren, Jimmie Fishbaugh, Braedon Fishbaugh, Tim Fishbaugh Jr., Autumn Fishbaugh; Sister, Glenna Honey of Huntington, IN; and Great-Grandchildren August and Delilah Mae due in October 2026. Jim is preceded in death by his Father, Glenn Fishbaugh, Mother, Gertrude Fishbaugh, Daughter, Angela Fishbaugh, Sister, Carol D'Amato, Brother, Glenn A Fishbaugh, Jr. Visitation will be from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm Friday, June 19, 2026, at Adkins Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 West Park Drive, Huntington, IN. Funeral services will be held at 5:00 pm Friday, June 19, 2026, at Adkins Bailey-Love Mortuary with Pastor Brunk Conley officiating.
