Clarence B. Jackson

Clarence Bernard Jackson, 89, of Huntington, passed away at 1:54 pm Thursday, April 3, 2025 at his residence. Clarence was born on June 12, 1935 in Cambridge, OH, the son of Wilber Jackson and Dorothy (Pollock) Jackson. He graduated from Lash High School and was married to his first wife, Ellen Rosanne (Geyer) Jackson for 26 years. He then married Deloria (Dee) J. Roberts on May 13, 1988 in Huntington, IN. Clarence served in the Ohio National Guard as a Military Policeman and worked as a Tool & Die Maker for 26 years at Magnetec (Triad Utrad). He also worked many years at Huntington Sheet Metal. He enjoyed bowling and going to garage sales. Clarence was a Coach for the Huntington Little League for over 10 years. Survivors include his Wife, Deloria (Dee) J. Jackson of Huntington, IN; three Daughters, Cheryl (Meredith) Henney of Columbia City, IN, Susan (Mark) Hoffman of Huntington, IN, Wendy (Scott) Bowers of Huntington, IN; two Sons, David (Cheryl) Jackson of Warren, IN, Steve Jackson of Navarre, FL; Stepson, Tim (Qing) Roberts of N. Ridgeville, OH; Stepdaughter, Jill (Tyson) Biehl of Huntington, IN; twenty-two Grandchildren; thirty-one Great Grandchildren; two Great Great Grandchildren; three Sisters, Ruthann (Donn) Brill of Ohio, Martha (Doug) Bracken of LaVergne, TN, Kathy (Steve) Kelso of Zanesville, OH; Brother, Richard (Debbie) Jackson of Pendleton, IN. He is preceded in death by his Mother, Dorothy Jackson, Father, Wilber Jackson, Brother, Will Jackson, and Sister, Elizabeth Dunlap. Visitation will be from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm Thursday, April 10, 2025 at Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 West Park Drive, Huntington, IN. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, April 11, 2025 at Bailey-Love Mortuary with Pastor Jason Fields officiating. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service. Burial will be in Gardens of Memory in Marion.
