Obituaries
Ray E. Gene Denman, Jr., 58, 227 West 3rd Street, Warren, died
at 6:00 p.m., Sunday (March 20, 2005) at his
home.
Mr. Denman was a truck driver and had worked, as a millwright, for Gen Corp, in Wabash, for 11 years. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge # 823, in Huntington, where he served as a trustee, on the flag team and the honor guard. He also was a member of the American Legion Post #85 of Huntington. Mr. Denman was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Mr. Denman was born in Huntington on July 21, 1946, the son of Ray E. and Melva (Reed) Denman, Sr. He married Linda Farthing on September 24, 1978 in Huntington.
Survivors include his wife of 26 years Linda Denman of Warren, his mother Melva Denman of Huntington; 1 son William Bill Denman of Huntington; 2 daughters Mrs. Carey (Sarah) Bolding and Christina McNally both of Huntington; 2 step sons Todd Nightenhelser and Royce Nightenhelser both of Huntington; 2 brothers John Denman and Rick Denman both of Huntington; 1 sister Mrs. Robert (Londa) Burnworth of Huntington and 12 grandchildren.
Visitation will be 2-4 & 6-8 Wednesday (March 23, 2005) at Bailey-Love Mortuary. Funeral services will be held at 10 am Thursday (March 24, 2005) in the Bailey-Love Mortuary with Rev. Brent Birdsall officiating. American Legion Post #85 will perform the military services.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Ray E. Gene Denman, Jr., may be made to the Denman Family in care of Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 West Park Drive, Huntington, IN 46750.
