Paul H. Schultz, age 81, 405 Swan Street, Huntington, died at 9:45 p.m. Thursday (May 22, 2008) at Parkview Hospital in Ft. Wayne.

     Mr. Schultz retired in 1990 as the Plant Manager, after 25 years of service at United Technologies, in Andrews.  Paul was a member of the V.F.W. Post #2689, American Legion Post #7, and the Moose.  He was a lifetime resident of Huntington, and a 1948 graduate of Huntington High School.

     Paul was born on January 19, 1927, in Huntington, the son of Herman and Martha (Schultz) Schultz. Paul married Charlotte L. Young on October 22, 1948, in Huntington. She preceded him in death on May 13, 1980.

     Survivors include three sons – Curt Schultz, Anthony T. (Dianna) Schultz, and Clifford W. (Brenda) Schultz, all of Huntington; two daughters – Candace L. Richardson and Mrs. Joseph (Theresa) Bucher, both of Huntington; two sisters – Marge Selle and Betty Hasty, both of Huntington; 14 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.  His parents, wife, and two sisters, preceded him in death.

     Visitation will be on Tuesday (May 27, 2008) from 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 p.m. at Bailey-Love Mortuary.  Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday (May 28, 2008) at the Bailey-Love Mortuary with Pastor Russell Buzzard officiating.  Burial will be in the Gardens of Memory, Huntington County with the V.F.W. #2689 conducting military graveside services.
