Paul T. “Cheny” Chenoweth, age 70, 95 North Marion Road, Huntington, died at 1:15 pm Friday (March 24, 2006) at Lutheran Hospital in Ft. Wayne.

     Mr. Chenoweth was a lifetime farmer, farming with his parent’s in Eaton, IN and then moving to Polk Township, Huntington, where he farmed from 1976 to present.   He also was the owner/operator of PC Trucking.  He was a member and a former board member of the Farm Bureau, Inc. and a member of the Independent Driver’s Association. 

     Mr. Chenoweth was born on May 31, 1935 in Muncie, IN, the son of Lowell Forrest and Dawna (Beck) Chenoweth.  He married Rebecca A. Foust on August 7, 1960 in Upland, IN.   Paul was a 1953 graduate of Eaton High School and a veteran of the United States Air Force.          

     Survivors include his wife of 45 years – Becky Chenoweth of Huntington; two sons – Brian (Marsha) Chenoweth of Warren, IN and Stephen (Sylvia) Chenoweth of LaFontaine, IN; two daughters – Denise Thieme of Ft. Wayne, IN  and Mrs. Myron (Tracy) Grimes of Huntington; one brother – David Chenoweth of Hartford City, IN and twelve grandchildren.   

     Visitation will be 2-8 pm Monday (March 27, 2006) at Bailey-Love Mortuary.  Funeral services will be at 10 am Tuesday (March 28, 2006) at Bailey-Love Mortuary with Pastor Gary Riley officiating.  Burial will be in the Lancaster Cemetery, Huntington County with Roanoke American Legion Post #160 performing military graveside rites.
