Nadine E. Turner, age 87, 221 Rosewood Alley, Huntington, died at 2:23 a.m. Saturday (December 15, 2007) at Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home of Ft. Wayne.

     Mrs. Turner was a homemaker and worked for Memcor for over 10 years, retiring in 1964.  Nadine was a member of the Bethel Assembly of God Church in Huntington.  She resided in the South Whitley area until moving to Huntington in 1959.

     Nadine was born on July 10, 1920 in South Whitley the daughter of Clarence and Nellie (Coble) Miller.

     Survivors include one son – Gerald (Lenora) Bolinger of Anderson, IN; two daughters – Barbara Baumgartner of Syracuse, IN and Shirley (Blaine) Peters of Findley, Ohio; 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Three brothers, three sisters, and a grandson – Gerald Bolinger, Jr. preceded her in death.

     There will be no visitation.  A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday (December 18, 2007) at the South Whitley Cemetery, South Whitley, IN.  Dr. John Backus will officiate with burial following thereafter.
