Remembrance Video for Mary H. Hamilton

     Mary H. Hamilton, age 54, 224 Wabash Circle, Huntington, died at 9:05 p.m. Saturday (April 7, 2007) at Parkview Huntington Hospital.

     Mrs. Hamilton was the former director of the Huntington House Homeless Shelter for 17 years and attended the First Church of the Nazarene.  A 1970 graduate of Southside High School, she moved to Huntington from Ft. Wayne in 1990.

     Mary was born on April 25, 1952 in Terre Haute, IN, the daughter of James H. Boling and Velma (Dunkley) Hammer.  Her father precedes her in death.

     Survivors include her mother – Velma Hammer of Ft. Wayne; one son – Jamie Hamilton of Huntington; one daughter (fiancé) – Ashley Hamilton (Josh Beeks) of Huntington; three sisters – Rose Ann Freeman of Ft. Wayne, Evelyn (Bob) Brooks of Ft. Wayne and Cheryll (Don) McKay of Ft. Wayne; several nephews and nieces and one special great-nephew – Tyler “Butters” Martinez of Ft. Wayne.

     Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Thursday (April 12, 2007) at the Bailey-Love Mortuary.  A memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday (April 13, 2007) at Bailey-Love Mortuary with Rev. Kevin Dunlop officiating.  There will be no burial.

     Memorials may be made to Jamie and Ashley Hamilton in care of Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 West Park Drive Huntington, IN.
