Marsha Renee Ruckman, age 46, 503 Buffalo Street, South Whitley, IN died Wednesday (April 25, 2007) at 7:54 a.m. at the Parkview Whitley County Hospital, Columbia City, IN.

     Mrs. Ruckman was a homemaker and a member of the AmVets in South Whitley.  She graduated from Huntington North High School in 1979.

     Marsha was born on March 4, 1961 in Huntington, the daughter of Bob and Zouie  (Lancaster) Whitacre who survive in Huntington.

     Other survivors include her sons – Daniel Ruckman at home and Bradley Thomas Ruckman at home; two brothers – Mark Whitacre of Huntington and James Howard Davis of Cordova, Tennessee; one sister – Vicky Yohe of Warren, IN; three stepsons – Ed Ruckman of South Whitley, IN, Chris Ruckman of South Carolina and Andy Ruckman of South Whitley, IN; one stepdaughter – Brandi Ruckman of South Whitley, IN and four step grandchildren.

     Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Friday (April 27, 2007) at Bailey-Love Mortuary.  Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday (April 28, 2007) at Bailey-Love Mortuary with Rev. Karen Biddle officiating.  Burial will be in the Star of Hope Cemetery, Huntington County.
