Mark M. Eberhart, age 89, Huntington, died Sunday (December 31, 2006) at 7:55 a.m. at the Heritage of Huntington where he was residing.

     A lifetime Warren Township farmer, Mark retired from Triad-Utrad in Huntington in 1981 where he worked since 1975.  He also worked from 1963-1975 at Majestic in Huntington. Mark was a member of the Evangelical United Methodist Church also in Huntington.  He graduated from Bippus High School in 1935 and continued his education earning an associates degree in accounting from Marion Business College in 1951.

     Mark was born June 14, 1917 in Huntington, to Ray C. and Martha (Altman) Eberhart.  He married Mary L. Fulton in Huntington on April 7, 1940.  She preceded him in death on April 6, 2004.

     Survivors include four sons – Gary W. (Norma) Eberhart of Fishers, IN, Richard A. (Joyce) Eberhart of Carmel, IN, Robert A. (Kay) Eberhart of Fishers, IN, and Brian E. (Kay) Eberhart of Lilburn, Georgia, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

     Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Wednesday (January 3, 2007) at Bailey-Love Mortuary.  Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday (January 4, 2007) at Bailey-Love Mortuary with Rev. Marti Lundy officiating.  Burial will be in Lancaster Cemetery, Lancaster, IN.
