Remembrance Video for Duwayne Fugate

Duwayne Fugate, 34, 73 North Thorne
Street, Wabash, IN died at 5:15 p.m. Monday (February 11, 2008)
at Lutheran Hospital in Ft. Wayne as a result of an accident on
February 4, 2008 in Peru, IN.
Mr. Fugate was employed as a driver with David Levin Company in Peru, IN and had driven a truck for several companies prior to that. He was a member of the American Legion Post #248 in Lagro, IN and the Eagles Lodge in Wabash, IN.
Born October 30, 1973 in Huntington, he was the son of Edward James Fugate and Judi (Luscumb) Spath. He married Stacey R. Ray in Lagro, IN on July 6, 2005.
Survivors include his parents both of Huntington; his wife of Wabash, IN; one daughter – Jacy D. Fugate at home; one stepson – Jordan R. Rowland at home; two brothers – Tom W. Luscumb of Glendale, CA and Bryan J. (Cindy) Fugate of Huntington; one sister – Michelle (Robert) Cuttshall of Huntington; one half-brother – Eddie Duwayne Fugate of West Virginia; and one half-sister – Ashley (John) Coleman of Franklin, Kentucky. A sister – Tammy Fugate, and a half-sister – Lois Ann Fugate, preceded him in death.
Visitation will be 2 – 4 & 6 - 8 pm on Friday (February 15, 2008) at Bailey-Love Mortuary. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday (February 16, 2008) at Bailey-Love Mortuary with Chaplin Russ Dewell officiating. Military graveside service will be held at the Mt. Hope Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel, Huntington.
