Dorothy Dotson, age 83, Huntington, died Tuesday (January 15, 2008) at the Parkview Huntington Hospital with family members at her side.

     She was born August 16, 1924 in Middlebourne, West Virginia a daughter of Leslie and Sylvia Ferrell.  Most of her life was spent in East Liverpool, Ohio where she retired from the city hospital.  She was a member of the Huntington Church of Christ.

     Survivors include two daughters – Linda Gordon of Newton Falls, Ohio and Lois Gamble of Huntington, four grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.  Her parents, a brother, Leslie Melvin, and a sister, Martha Ferrell, preceded her in death.

     Graveside services will be held Saturday (January 19, 2008) at Yellow Creek Presbyterian Cemetery in Wellsville, Ohio with burial following.  Charles Gamble, son-in-law and minister at the Huntington Church, will preside.
